MEET OUR FOUNDERReilly Cronyn is an Idahoan cowgirl turned Californian dog mom with a passion for transforming corporate work spaces into world-class cultures that attract & sustain a diverse workforce. She has earned her Masters degree in Multicultural & Diversity Studies from Claremont Graduate University in LA County, California. Breathing life into diversity, equity, inclusion, & belonging initiatives is her purpose.
